I couldn’t attract boys because of my masculine body – Wiyaala

Songstress Noella Wiyaala, known on stage as Wiyaala has recounted how she was severally discriminated against in society because of her masculine body and her dark skin colour.

She said as a teenager growing up, she had challenges from both young and old who made fun of her because she looks masculine.

According to her, she almost heeded to societal pressure to bleach her skin but refused, knowing one day she will get a man who will love her for who she is.

“No boy wanted a woman with those features and they made fun of me each time I step out”. She lamented.

The 31 years old afropop singer also reminisced how she tried to please society by wearing skirt which didn’t work for her so had to always wear pair of jeans.

“I had a lot of challenges when I was teenager, It was very hard to resist and the boys don’t find you attractive because you look like a boy and intimidate some of them, the muscles are still there showing up. You wear a skirt and it isn’t working for you so I preferred my jeans.

“But you still find one or two guys who like the boyishness in you and they go like wow, sexy girl. So I’m like well what do I need a lot of guys for if I can only marry ONE at the end of the day so there is definitely one guy over there who will like me for who I am. So I’m going to be myself so everybody can go screw yourself.” She said GHOne TV.

Wife Accuses Local Actress Of Chasing Her Husband(With A Video)

An angry wife has accused the veteran Ghanaian actress, Khareema Aguiar, of chasing her husband, and allegedly using occult means to steal him away from his wife and children.

According to an article published on Ghanacelebrities.com, the angry wife who is only known by her Facebook username, Adwoa Sam, seems to have had enough of the actresse’s alleged attempts to steal her man.

In what appears to be a Facebook message, the angry wife makes her damning accusations and goes on to warn Khareema Aguiar to stop contacting her husband.

It appears that the straw that broke the camel’s back is a video Khareema Aguiar shared over the weekend on her Instagram page.

In the video Khareema’s face is seen as she is seated in the passenger seat of a vehicle, although the face of the driver remains hidden by a camera sticker.

Nevertheless, regardless of the fact that his face is obscured in the video, Adwoa Sam related that she recognized the interior of her husband’s vehicle.

“Even yesterday She put him on her page in our car on Instagram,” she wrote.

Adwoa went on to give Khareema Aguiar an ultimatum, hinting at something terrible will happen to the actress if she doesn’t stop contacting her husband come the end of February.

I Will Never Stop Cooking For My Boyfriend – Nana Aba Anamoah

Ace Ghanaian Broadcast journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah, has majestically lifted up the dissolving conversation concerning the idea that women who cook for their men after a day’s work are slaves considering the fact, news of Ebony’s death has taken over the airwaves.

As the Broadcast journalist has commented on this issue between prominent legal practitioner, Ace Anan Ankoma and fellow legal practitioner and outspoken feminist, Dela Goldheart, which was discussed over a month ago, means it rings a bell in the minds of some women but has since quickly deteriorated into series of insulting rebuttal.

Speaking on Joy FM’s Super Morning Show, Nana Aba said, as far as she’s concerned, it’s “unacceptable” to say a woman becomes a slave by cooking for her man. She said, she doesn’t understand why this has turned to a tug-of-war between men and women because each has a specified role.

Nana Aba went on to say that, in her personal experience, men have been more helpful to her than women.

It is unacceptable to think that cooking for your man makes you a slave. I cook for my boyfriend and will never stop cooking for him. I don’t understand why there should be a fight between men and women. We all have our roles to play. If I need a new car, I’m not going to use my money to buy it. I won’t use my money to buy clothes. My husband must buy it for me. In my experience, men have been more helpful to me than women. Women say they should support other women, but they are the ones hurting other women the most. – Nana Aba #JoySMS
