Obaapa Christy, one of Ghana’s finest gospel musicians, has chronicled in an interview with B Ice of Agyenkwa FM the challenges she faced when she was growing up. The musician revealed that her current hit song ‘W’asue Me’ is basically a testimony of what the Lord has done for her throughout her over thirteen-years music career.

In the interview zionfelix.net monitored, Obaapa revealed that the journey has been very bumpy for the most part of it. She disclosed that at some point in time, the selling of toffees, kenkey, ice cream and other things at the Suame magazine was the only way she could get something to eat.
