The “Thunder” hitmaker, Kidi has disclosed how in an interview how lonely musicians become after entertaining patrons at an event and also the amount of boredom that sets in after leaving the stage of a particular show or concert.
The Lynx Entertainment signee, Kidi in an interview with DJ Premier on Accra FM’s “Entertainment Capital” disclosed that musicians have a very boring life as usually they lose the friends they hang out without before they became stars.
Kidi also added that some of them understand that this is what is happening so we have to adapt, but some also feel like you still have to have time for them.
Kidi further stated that; “It is very difficult to make people happy but when you are able to do that, you get home and it’s you alone, nobody entertains us, that is why we watch movies, we feel sad most of the time.”
Kidi also stated that trolling of musicians on the internet that makes their lives another living hell. He added that usually after a program when they try to find a little happiness on the internet, they are usually met with constant insults.
The “Odo” hitmaker ended his submission by stating that; “Most of the time, we let go but sometimes, too, we are humans and some of these things get to us, so, people need to know that musicians are not robots, they are not God and, so, they need to give musicians that respect.”
