Nana Addo will ‘DIE’ if he invites Shatta Wale again – Prophet

President Nana Akufo-Addo will die if he invites Dancehall King, Shatta Wale to the Flagstaff House again, a man of God, Prophet Kofi Amponsah has warned.

According to him, God loves President Akufo-Addo so much but if he continues to entertain the likes of Shatta Wale around him, it will lead to him to a shocking death.

President Akufo-Addo caused quite the media sensation in October 2017, when he took to Twitter to wish the musician a happy birthday in and also invite him to the Flagstaff House in pidgin.

Shatta Wale duly visited the presidency. But speaking at a recently held prayer conference, Prophet Amponsah stated that President Akufo-Addo came to power through God’s intervention because many people made mockery of him that he could never win to be the president. The prophet emphasized that Nana Addo must therefore not associate with Shatta Wale.

“I can see something is about to happen to Ghana, it’s a serious thing which should not be taken for granted. I’m sending you to notify Akufo-Addo that if he invites Shatta Wale again, God will end his life exactly 3-days afterwards.

Tell him that God loves him, he shouldn’t invite that stupid guy again. Otherwise we’ll wake up one day to see him dead in his room, God will end his life. He has no idea how we fasted for him to be president, advise him or else he will die”, he declared.

Prophet Amponsah is the leader of the House of Ezrah Ministries located at Asonomaso in the Kwabre East District in the Ashanti Region.

I Can’t Perform For Free Even My Management Won’t Allow – Joyce Blessing

The long standing debate has to do with the acceptability or whatsoever regarding gospel artistes charging fees before performing at events. While some are of the view that gospel artistes are not supposed to charge fees before performing, others think otherwise.

Amidst the varied views expressed by the public, Joyce Blessing of Zylofon Music fame has stated categorically that she should be counted out when making the list of gospel musicians who perform for free.

Speaking on Shalom Fm’s ‘Lunch Hour’ show with host Ike De Farmer, Joyce Blessing said, gospel music is a business and should be treated as such.

“Yes, it is ministry but you exchange money; so it’s business. You pay for the video to be shown on television and for your songs to be played on radio as well. If you argue that it is ministry so we should not charge, at the end of the day, how can we continue with the work?”, Joyce questioned.

She added that even if she will desire to perform for free, her management, Zylofon Media/Music, won’t allow because they’ve invested in her.

“We need money to push God’s work. You must charge for performing because everything about music is money. Even Churches take offerings. Aside everything I’m under Zylofon Media. NAM1 has invested into my music career so how do you expect him to make returns? There is no way I can perform for free because my management won’t allow me”, Joyce blessing said.

More importantly, Joyce Blessing advised her colleague gospel musicians to take their charges seriously because their chosen profession is business oriented not charity!!

“We just released a group song called ‘Duabo’ just to prove to the doubting Thomases that 4×4 is still intact. We will be releasing songs, album, and videos very soon so people should watch out for it”.

“They have their own singles. Prince has like eight singles out. Very soon people will be hearing a lot from us. We are doing that all in the name of building up the group and staying relevant and keeping the brand name alive because it takes a long time for the group to release so whiles people are waiting for the group songs to come out they will be hearing solo songs,” he said.

Captain Planet said he understands the public concerns about the group’s long silence but assured that they are going through a revamp and hope to be better.

As a reminder, 4×4 was formed in 2000 by Captain Planet (Sylvanus Dodji Jeoffrey) and Coded (Raphael Edem Avornyo) with the help of Buk Bak. Fresh Prince (Prince Tamakloe) joined the group in 2007.
