Ghanaian rap God and multiple award winner, Michael Owusu Addo known by all as Sarkodie has earlier tweeted about how people should sometimes drop their egos and be humble.
“It’s kinda scary that we have no idea what could happen in the next second… And just that should be able to humble us… The so called ” not my level” type person might be the one to save your life.”
This message got people applauding Sarkodie from left, right , center and back for his reservedness and humbleness, for only a few people of his status treat other people like themselves.
Other people also took this opportunity to insult the ‘dancehall king’ Shatta Wale for not being wise enough to post and tweet messages of value.
Sarkodie, who recently got married to long time girlfriend Tracy, turned the offer of AGOO Magazine to pay for his exclusive pictures of his wedding.
Sarkodie sometime has urged the youth to take their destiny into their hands by being creative and innovative. That he said would make them financially independent and sustainable.
He said while growing up as a child, he had the perception that government was supposed to provide everything the citizens the perception that government was supposed to provide everything the citizens.
However, he said, at certain stages in life he realised that the government couldn’t provide all the needs of the people and, therefore, ventured into the music industry with little support from the government.
