Death, they say is inevitable and for a celebrity or a popular public figure to die at the pinnacle of his or her fame is surely devastating. Most African celebrities live a life that sometimes cut their fame short when they were at the peak of their career.
There are also stories where some of these celebs after attaining fame struggle to even pay for their medical bills in their old age. But in all, the most heartbreaking stories we hear about celebs are the ones that normally deal with their untimely deaths.

Ghanaian Celebrities Who Are Dead
1. Suzzy Wiliams
Suzzy Williams (died 8 September 2005, aged 23) was a well-known Ghanaian television and film actress. She starred in films such as Bloody Mary, Calamity, The Comforter and Mother’s Heart.
2. Kwame Owusu Ansah
Kwame Owusu-Ansah or Kwame Owusu Ansah (or John William Kwame Owusu Ansah, 9 December 1967 – 2 May 2008 was a Ghanaian radio broadcaster, poet, Public Relations Consultant and teacher turned actor who graced the scene of the Ghanaian movie industry through various collaboration with Nigerians and major features in Ghanaian movie.
3. Michael Dwamena
Michael Dwamena, a Royal from Kwahu Mpraeso, was born on May 30, 1964, at Sekondi in the Western Region. In 2007, he released his last album, Owo Mo Ntsi which registered a massive hit for the track titled, Ngozi. The video to Ngozi became one of the most loved videos on TV in 2008 and it seemed that Michael had won Ghanaian over once more. Sadly he passed away on shortly just as his album was starting to pick up.
