African Dancehall King Shatta Wale has got himself trending again after flaunting a supposed 24-Karat Gold chain.
He claims the gold was given him by two of his White fans identified as Talal and Aboude.
Shatta in flaunting his new gold chain threw a shade at Sarkodie that his newly bought Range Rover Vogue is now on his neck.
Because the price of the gold chain on his neck can buy his Ranger Rover car.
Well, the “My Level” hitmaker’s new chain has sparked arguments on social media.
A KNUST Metal student has come out giving Shatta Wale lectures on why he thinks the Gold isn’t 24-Karat as he claims.

The intelligent student identified as Osabarima Nana Atta Kwasi argued that 24-Karat Gold is pure gold and pure golds are soft which no Gold Smith can work on.
Unless he adds another metal in a process called “alloying” which makes the Gold hard to enable them work on it.
So the best quality you can get is 18-Karat Gold.
Osabarima then added that what Shatta Wale has on his neck can never be a 24-Karat.
More so, Osabarima added that by his judgement, the gold is 8-karat.
He’s making this conclusion from his knowledge as a Metal Student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
His argument is very valid a backed with proof.
Well, let’s just say Shatta Wale doesn’t have any idea on how things concerning Gold work.
So that was why he bragged unknowingly.
But with this education, we hope he’ll learn to put out the right info next time to his fans.
